We know how important it is for you to deliver your order quickly. That's why we've prepared this entry to discuss the factors that affect order processing.
When the order has been placed and paid we proceed to its packaging. It takes 1-3 days (for models, decals and tools) and 1-7 days for Hataka paints. Hataka colours number is so much (over one hundred sets, and several hundred colours, in four series) so we can not guarantee that we have each in stock every time. We solve it by regular, weekly restock of the paint assortment.
When we release a new kit, it may happen that dispatch of orders took more time due to orders quantity. Please kindly understand possible delays.
Twice a week courier from Polish Post Poczta Polska receives prepared airmail parcels from us, which should reach you in a few days in Europe and on average two weeks rest of world. During the Christmas period, this time may be extended. After sending the parcel, you will receive an e-mail with parcel number to track it.
