Douglas A-4M Skyhawk, was a basic attack aircraft of the US Marines in 1980s. She features more powersful engine, bigger canopy as well as plenty of advanced electronics including angle-rate bombing system ARBS.
VMA-214 Black Sheep
VMA-214 is legendary US Marines squadron. Founded during Second World War by col. Gregory „Pappy” Boyington as a fighter squadron VMF-214 unit enlisted unwanted and undisciplined aviators form other units. Squadron proved extremel succesful flying F4U-1 Corsair fighter. Then converted to fighter-bomber mission (F4U-4 Corsair, Korea), Jet Attack (A4-C/E Skyhawk, Vietnam). Finally A4-M were replaced with AV-8B Harrier.
