Tamiya Lockheed Martin F-35C Lightning II - Aircraft Model
The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II is a fifth-generation fighter with a single engine and a single pilot seat, developed in three distinct variants, each featuring exceptionally low observability and excellent connectivity: the F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C – these aircraft have been delivered since 2015. The F-35C has larger wings and horizontal and vertical stabilizers compared to other F-35 variants, as well as folding wingtips, taking into account its design for carrier deployment, a larger fuel capacity, and reinforced nose landing gear with dual tires to withstand the challenges of carrier landings, along with a launch bar for catapult-assisted takeoffs. Its low observability promises to bring a new dimension to United States Navy operations.
